An amazing opportunity for an impressive Personal Assistant to join a leading guest services company based in the city close to Cannon Street station. You will be working for an organisation that really rewards its staff and offers outstanding benefits and a fantastic working environment.

The role will primarily ensure that the Managing Director has excellent secretarial support and will also provide some administrative assistance to the Head of HR & Learning.

The role

  • To organise the MD’s and Head of HR & Learning diaries, arranging internal and external meetings, hotel and travel arrangements.
  • Provide administrative and secretarial support as required, drafting all correspondence and providing support with meetings, including minute taking, timely distribution of minutes and follow through on any actions.
  • To process procurement card statements and expenses in line with the company procedures.
  • To maintain the executive team’s Gift & Hospitality return in line with company procedures.
  • To maintain the schedule of the Front of House audit programme ensuring building and host information correct.

The candidate

  • 3 years’ experience in a similar role is desirable.
  • Experience of working in a busy office environment.
  • Flexible attitude to cope with a variety of duties which may be required at short notice.
  • An excellent organiser and communicator; and with outstanding time management and interpersonal skills.
  • A proactive problem solver and highly practiced in discretion and confidentiality
  • Excels working under pressure to meet tight deadlines
  • Computer literate - Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint
