Customer Service Advisor - North Acton

We have a fantastic temporary role starting as soon as possible until mid-September.

Based in North Acton, you will be part of a friendly and dynamic E-Commerce Customer Service team for a Children’s clothing brand. The company has stores across London and an ever-growing online presence.

As Customer Service Advisor you will be required to provide excellent service when dealing with customer queries and feedback over the phone, via email and over live chat. They are looking for an efficient, proactive and highly professional candidate with a real 'can do' attitude.

Duties and Responsibilities will include: 

• Dealing with all customer queries across all platforms
• Taking all phone & email order queries
• Processing orders/exchanges/refunds/cancellations
• Liaising with the warehouse
• Tracking parcels worldwide
• Managing the out-of-stock enquiries

Hours: 9-6
Hourly Rate: £10.55 - £12.00 dependant on experience

This role is ideal for someone looking to gain experience in a fast-paced office environment with a young and ambitious team.
