Project Manager - Call Centre Environment

We are recruiting for a well known online organisation based in London. This is a great role for someone who has experience in Project Management ideally within a call centre environment.

The role is to assist with supporting with platform migrations and ongoing assistance with new partner implementations.

Duties:

To assist with project managing the successful deployment of partners for their customer operations team.

Analyze new partner performance as it relates to the migration, provide insights and drive initiatives to improve the long-term operational efficiency and profitability when on-boarding partners.

Successfully manage the sales team, and other cross functional stakeholder's expectations in regards to the status of the migrations.

Work with multiple internal teams effectively implement migrations successfully within the contact center network while ensuring solutions are completed within SLA and there are no bottlenecks in process related to customer operations

Participate in meetings with the Global Sales Team & Partner Connect as needed to understand project needs and concerns. Track and analyze the migration pipeline and timelines for launch.

Review Salesforce Reports on a daily basis.

Requirements:

Degree or equivilent
Some Project Management Experience
Experience in operations team within a dynamic customer service environment.
Experience within a call center environment (optional)
Experience in a fast-pace work environment
Proven ability to solve complex/challenging migration problems
A high level understanding of process optimisation
Experience in maintaining strong working relationships and collaboration across multiple teams
