Our client, a rapidly growing Professional Services firm, is seeking an HR Assistant to join their busy team.

This is truly generalist role; and a fantastic opportunity for someone looking to gain and develop HR skills and experience.

Amongst the duties of the HR Assistant will be:


* Acting as the first point of contact for all HR queries, in person, via telephone, and email
* Recruitment Administration posting jobs, scheduling interviews, organising assessment centres, as well as generating offer letters and contracts
* Undertaking pre-employment screening checks
* Supporting the onboarding and induction process
* Working with Finance to process payroll
* Managing sickness and absence reporting
* Compensation & Benefits administration
* Providing administrative support to ER cases
* Coordinating training courses

HR Assistant - what we're looking for:


* A minimum of 12 months experience within an HR Administration role
* Excellent people facing and communication skills
* The ability to work on multiple projects at any one time
* A keen eye for detail, and the ability to manage a busy workload without sacrificing accuracy, are key
* MS Office Suite, to include strong Excel
