The Personal Assistant Role:

As a Personal Assistant you will support the Director and have experience in providing support at a senior level, with impeccable communication and organisational skills, and an eye for detail.

Working closely with the Director and their senior leadership team, the Personal Assistant will become fully apprised of their strategic priorities and work closely with colleagues in the delivery of these goals, in addition to providing support for engagements and working flexibly when required.

You will provide outstanding PA / administrative support, to include high quality diary and email management, proactively arranging complex travel itineraries and schedules. As Personal Assistant, you will act as an ambassador for the Director’s Office and the university, ensuring that all work is of the highest standard, timely and strategic.
