As part of the Marketing team your role is to advise prospective students on courses. You will answer queries and guide applicants through the admissions process from initial enquiry through to enrolment with every stage in between. You will coordinate Open Days, Interviews, exhibitions and contribute content for all social media and marketing channels. The role is heavily administrative and is pivotal in ensuring the prospective students enjoy a seamlessly efficient journey.

You are a graduate or graduate caliber with relevant marketing experience working in "customer care" in a front line customer focused role preferably in a student centered academic environment. You are a natural people person who is excited about Art & Design. You use initiative and creativity to resolve day to day problems.
