PA to Directors - Luxury Fashion Brand!

Our client is a leading Luxury Fashion Brand with a collaborative culture and dynamic, fun culture. Based in incredible offices in the heart of London’s West End the atmosphere is buzzy, busy and great fun.

Reporting to the hugely popular and enigmatic Joint Managing Directors you will support them  by offering a comprehensive PA support service to include ensuring they are on time and well prepared for all his meetings in a calm and unflustered manner! The role is hugely ambassadorial in content and you will be expected to build strong relationships with other assistants and with the rest of the team.  You will undertake complex diary and email management, do expenses, timesheets and organise travel bookings. The company offers fabulous benefits and a wonderful working culture. You are an experienced Luxury Fashion Brand PA with 3 years + experience supporting senior level Directors. You are sophisticated, professional , discreet and maintain a calm approach. You are well used to working at PACE!
