Our client is an Investment Management company in the heart of the City. They are looking for a Bid Administrator to join their Business Development Team. This is a permanent position to provide new business support to the team.

Responsibilities:

  • Providing complete, accurate and high-quality submissions in response from prospective and existing clients
  • Responding to general enquiries from internal and external clients and consultants
  • Creating project plans to ensure effective time management of pitch materials and questionnaires
  • Maintaining and reviewing databases and documents, as well as creating new profiles as appropriate
  • Acting as a key representative of the sales team on assigned projects and presenting updates at team meetings
  • Contributing to existing processes, reviewing and recommending developments to improve quality and efficiency including production of new materials
  • Maintaining relationships across the form
  • Responding to queries from other departments in a timely fashion
  • Ensuring the principles of Treating Customers Fairly are central to all activities, and that items prepared provide customers with clear and necessary information
  • Continuously building on product knowledge and working with other areas of the business to improve written content

Requirements:

  • Experience in investment management or pension administration
  • Excellent administration skills
  • Highly organised with impeccable attention to detail
  • Proven ability to communicate with internal staff and external customers and stakeholders, whilst building and maintaining relationships
  • Ability to proof-read with a high level of accuracy
  • Previous experience developing and maintaining databases
  • Ability to manage own workload in a dynamic environment
  • Ability to prioritise workload whilst meeting deadlines under pressure
