Team Assistant

This Global Investment Bank based in the City are look for a Float Team Assistant to join their IBD Division on a temporary ongoing basis. The Float Assistant will be providing Team Assistant support to Mid - Senior level including VPs, MDs and partners.

Role and responsibilities will include:

• Extensive diary management including managing complex diaries, booking travel and events
• Arranging meetings, conference calls, booking rooms and catering
• Applying for visas
• Managing telephones
• Processing of expenses and invoices within the team
• Ad hoc administration duties

It is essential that the Float Assistant is confident and happy to work in a float role and this would suit applicants with previous experience in a similar PA / Team Assistant role within financial services. It is also essential that you are a self starter, able to work on our own initiative and be proactive at all times. In addition, you will be able to remain calm when under pressure.
