Boutique City Investment bank is looking for a hands-on Assistant to work in a hybrid capacity!

Exciting role based in the heart of the City that would suit an assistant who has a background in investment banking and understands the pace of this sector. The ideal candidate should want to take on extra projects and this role will have the opportunity to work on LIVE DEALS!!

The successful candidate will enjoy a very generous salary/bonus scheme (above market average) and benefits package and on a day-to-day basis work in an exciting environment but also within a culture that truly cares about its employees!

Role:
*Complex diary management, organising meetings and co-ordinating conference calls in
a fast-paced working environment whilst ensuring the teams' priorities are met
*Daily correspondence and email management
*Arranging extensive UK and overseas travel, producing accurate and detailed
itineraries and keeping on top of changes
*Processing and submitting expenses for team members in a timely manner
*Promoting excellent client relationships at all times
*Providing ad-hoc support where required including general department
administration e. printing, binding, photocopying
*Inputting /updating data into the company database i. Salesf
*Any other administrative duties as and when requested
*Covering for the other EAs as and when required

Deal/Project Support
*Providing administrative support on live deals within a short time-frame: acting as
a designated point of contact for all administration relating to the deal during its
early stages, scheduling client and buyer interactions whilst tracking and inputting
all relevant deal information into Salesforce

Event Management
*Event organisation: Researching and booking venues, organising travel and logistics,
tracking invites and attendees and managing the budget for Closing Dinners, Sector
Events etc.


*Articulate with strong IT skills, including fluency in all major office applications
(Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
*Salesforce and SharePoint experience advantageous
*A minimum of 5 years experienced supporting a team within financial services,
Investment banking or a similar deadline driven environment
*Drive and energy, with the ability to multi-task effectively when under pressure
*Strong client service ethos with excellent team working skills
*Excellent organisation and administrative skills
*Attention to detail, accuracy and the ability to meet deadlines
