This is an amazing opportunity for a highly polished, and intelligent Senior Receptionist to join a diverse, friendly and highly professional company based in stunning offices (including roof terrace for team drinks) based a stones throw from the up and coming Victoria area of London! 

If you are a receptionist who really takes pride in their workspace this is the role for you as the desk is stunning and as solo Front of House you will be responsible for managing the whole Front of House experience.  

As well as managing all visitors, meeting rooms, liaising with all internal stakeholders and security you will also be a right-hand person for the PA/Office Manager so you will get to take on a whole host of additional duties to keep you busy and engaged!
 

Duties include:

  • Ambassadorial role as the face and voice of this high profile, growing fast-paced company
  • Providing a five star visitor experience
  • Answering the switchboard and dealing with a range of callers, developing exceptional relationships with key stakeholders
  • Taking pride in ensuring the front of house is always immaculate and client ready
  • Supporting the team with conference room booking, organising meetings, booking restaurants and taxis
  • Manage a complex meeting room schedule proactively handling any clashes
  • Assisting the Personal Assistant with diary management and booking travel 
  • Helping produce Powerpoint charts
  • Assisting with typing letters
