Exciting opportunity within this luxury marketing and PR company who are a leading light in their field and and a go-to company within the luxury world. An established company who have been a major league player in this space since the 90's.

This is a boutique office and would suit someone who enjoys a varied workload.

The Marketing/Business Assistant is a very hands-on autonomous role.

Reporting directly in to the CEO you will help with a variety of tasks - no two days will be the same! This opportunity would suit a graduate who has 1-2 years marketing experience and is looking for the next step in a hybrid role.

Excellent communication skills both written and spoken are a must coupled with an understanding of working deadlines and prioritizing a varied work load.
An interest in the luxury market would a real plus and excellent IT skills required:
Main Duties
*Assist with creation of presentations/proposals for clients, potential clients and
reports as required
*Assist in accurate and timely drafting/editing/proofing of promotional material as
needed
*Assist with selected client partner activations
*Maintain library of client & brand collateral and keep up to date
*Organise, manage and keep up to date all client and prospect files, both hard copy
and digital in a systematic manner
*Organise and manage all office paperwork
*Research and ensure all brand and industry information is updated
*Competitor analysis research and proposals of new brands
*Organise, manage and keep up to date all project management working documents
*Responsibility for accurate drafting/editing/proofing of all client documents,
promotional literature and marketing activity copy
*Accurately implement, monitor, track and analyse marketing promotions
*Assist in organisation of client & partner events, attending as necessary
*Assist in compilation of detailed meeting agendas and notes
*Compile expenses and support financial controller
*General office administration, including daily filing
*Maintain stock control for office supplies and staff refreshments with back up
receipts for supplies
*Oversee office IT requirements including computer maintenance and supplier liaison
to keep systems running at all times
*Assist with special request reservations, including groups bookings, internationally
*Organise travel arrangements for the Managing Director
*Accurate and timely completion and delivery of all projects
