This high profile PA position will primarily support the 4 main Directors within the HR Department of a fast paced financial services firm based in London Victoria. You will also support the wider HR team. This is a role for a PA who doesn't want to embark on a career in HR!

This is a financial services firm with corporate offices in London Victoria. The firm is global and is a niche private equity firm, with a fast pace environment and a great work life balance!
Description
This PA position will primarily support the 4 main Directors within the HR Department - this will be busy with diary management!
A high level of confidentiality is essential in this role and excellent, confident communication at all levels including C-suite.
This will also support the wider HR team of circa 12 HR professionals.
Duties include:
- High level diary management
- Manage all meetings, both internal and external
- Process monthly expenses
- Draft documents and contracts
- Organise international travel, including flights, accommodation, visas, preparation of itineraries
- Be a part of the wider PA population and help colleagues when needed
- Field telephone calls and emails
- Coordinating the weekly team meetings (notes, agenda, follow up on action items)
- Photocopying/scanning
Profile
The successful candidate for this role must NOT be aspiring to a career in HR - this is a role for a PA who is firmly on the PA career path!
You must:
- Have supported multiple directors in a fast-moving environment, ideally within the HR department.
- Display extensive history of diary management and of arranging international travel.
- Have arranged meetings across multiple time zones.
- Have a background of providing support to large teams.
- Be highly proficient in Microsoft Office including Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint - SharePoint would be a bonus
- Be able to show attention to detail and confidence with numerical data / using spreadsheets.
- Be able to work calmly under pressure.
- Be able to prioritise work effectively and seek assistance from colleagues when necessary.
Job Offer
The role is paying up to £41,000 plus excellent pension, healthcare, maternity pay, 30 days' holiday plus bank holiday, amongst other benefits!
The hours are 9am-5pm.
