HR Assistant within an Environmental Consultancy based in Farringdon!
Salary : £30-33,000 plus excellent benefits!
My client is a growing Environmental Consultancy based in Farringdon! They are a brilliant team of likeminded individuals and are seeking an experienced HR Assistant to join the team and manage the HR function for 20 employees!
Key duties within the role would involve :
Answering phones and facilitating general communications to the team
Managing HR and H&S for all UK employees (~18 employees) -managing holiday calendars, updating handbooks, polices and systems etc on a day to day basis, staff inductions and exit interviews etc.
Manage existing supplier relationships and assist with annual reviews of supplier accounts and contracts (Insurances, IT, phone systems, office provider, etc)
Purchasing of equipment (laptops for new starters etc)
Book company events, travel arrangements, training courses etc.
Assisting with recruitment (and associated documentation, offer letters, JD, contracts etc)
Provide general team support.
They are ideally seeking somebody with a good understanding of HR, so that you can hit the ground running!
