Team Assistant for Investment Bank, 9am-6pm
An exciting opportunity is now available for a motivated, hardworking, driven Team Assistant to join a highly renowned Investment Bank based in the heart of Mayfair. This is a fast paced role working in a warm, 'family feel' environment.
As Team Assistant you will provide key administrative support to the Corporate Finance team. Your duties will include but no limited to:
Manage multiple complex diaries, using initiative to resolve meeting conflicts and support the team to make the best possible use of their time.
Arrange local and global travel and itineraries
Edit, format and bind documents and client pitch documents and presentations
General office management duties e. managing stationary
Organising and managing events
Other ad hoc duties as requested from time to time
To be considered for this role, my client is ideally looking for a graduate calibre individual that has 1-2 years' experience working in a similar role. It is imperative that that you are a proactive individual able to work in a fast paced and challenging environment. You must be self-driven and motivated, with polite telephone manner whilst always displaying professionalism and reliability.
