Facilities Supervisor
£30,000 - £36,000 + Bonus + Bens
Holborn
My client, a well-known, highly prestigious professional services firm with offices all over London are looking for a confident, capable and friendly Facilities Supervisor to join their fun and sociable team!
You will be based in their stunning, well connected Holborn office but be responsible for the Facilities Management of multiple sites.
They are looking for someone with 5+ years’ experience within a facilities role, ideally within a professional services environment. In this role you will be line managing 4 junior members of staff, so line management experience is highly desirable.
Facilities Supervisor duties include:
- Managing the phone systems
- Supervising incoming post organisation, distribution and outgoing post
- Assisting with office moves
- Line managing Facilities Assistants including appraisals
- Managing contracts of office supplies, telephones, MFDs and more!
- Manage the meeting room suite
- Assigning and managing helpdesk queries
- Completing DSE checklist for all new starters
You must:
- Have 4+ years’ experience in a similar role
- Have a proactive, confident approach
- Be confident liaising with members of the business at all levels including senior stakeholders
- Be fully competent in MS Office packages
- Ideally be First Aid & Fire Marshall qualified
- Ideally have line management experience
