EA /Office Administrator - City - £35,000
Location: City of London / Liverpool St

What would I be doing day to day?
Who am I supporting: Supporting a charming female CEO with a add-on support to the FD.
Key duties:
- Provide full administrative support including diary and e-mail management, expenses, meeting preparation and travel planning; proactively plan and manage the CEO's diary to ensure that priority tasks are addressed.
- Support the CEO & Finance Director in the annual planning cycle, ensuring that key meetings, off-site workshops and other administration is effectively managed, and that key dates and deadlines are met.
- Plan and arrange internal and external meetings/events as required including preparation of papers for circulation and attending Committee meetings to provide administrative support and take minutes
- Plan the Governance Calendar 12-24 months in advance, liaising with trustees, Committee members and advisors;
- Assist the Finance Director with charity governance requirements as directed.
- Attend meetings of the Senior Leadership Team and the Board of Trustees ensuring that action points are minuted and followed up. Prepare draft Committee minutes for approval in a timely manner following meetings.
- Manage the office, including office supplies, printing, cleaning services; kitchen supplies, and liaising with the premises landlord as required, to ensure that the office runs smoothly, facilities are well managed and the wellbeing of staff in general is supported.
What is the company looking for?
Background and experience: A minimum of 3 years in a similar role would be ideal. Minute taking (shorthand NOT required) and experience of Governance would be a distinct advantage.
A mum or dad- returner would suit this role too!
Qualifications: Good GCSE's including Maths & English
Availability: Notice period is not a problem.
