We have a fabulous opportunity to join an award winning global firm of architects whose office is close to Liverpool Street in the City.
They are looking for an experienced Team Assistant to join their admin team. You will be assisting up to 6 Project Managers and their teams with a mixture of tasks. Duties will include busy, ever-changing diary management, extensive global travel organising, expenses, assist with projects and general administration.
You need to be able to multi-task, enjoy a busy varied day and be happy with assisting a variety of different personalities.

The ideal candidate will have either a love of art or design or architecture.
Hours are 9 to 6
