For start ASAP a newly created OM role for a brilliant client of ours - unique, successful and a great growing team. The first task will be to oversee their move to fantastic brand new offices in Mayfair. Your tasks will be varied and will include:-
- Supporting the office moves and refurbishments
- Planning company social events - Christmas lunch, monthly outings
- Implementing and maintaining procedures
- Health & Safety
- IT support
- Ensuring efficient operation of all office equipment
- Greeting and hosting visitors to the office
- Ordering of kitchen and office supplies
Required for this role are:-
- Int/Advanced MS Office
- Strong admin skills - excellent attention to detail
- Intelligent, quick, well presented and confident
- Strong diary management skills
You will have had minimum of 5 years as an Office Manager - ideally from within a SME Finance/professional services industry. You must be available to start asap on a temp to perm basis.
