For start ASAP a newly created OM role for a brilliant client of ours - unique, successful and a great growing team. The first task will be to oversee their move to fantastic brand new offices in Mayfair. Your tasks will be varied and will include:-

  • Supporting the office moves and refurbishments
  • Planning company social events - Christmas lunch, monthly outings
  • Implementing and maintaining procedures
  • Health & Safety
  • IT support
  • Ensuring efficient operation of all office equipment
  • Greeting and hosting visitors to the office
  • Ordering of kitchen and office supplies

Required for this role are:-

  • Int/Advanced MS Office
  • Strong admin skills - excellent attention to detail
  • Intelligent, quick, well presented and confident
  • Strong diary management skills

You will have had minimum of 5 years as an Office Manager - ideally from within a SME Finance/professional services industry. You must be available to start asap on a temp to perm basis.
