Join a really lovely Mayfair based boutique finance firm as an Office Manager! The team are super close-knit, friendly and down to earth. As an Office Manager, you will be overseeing a whole-team office move as well as managing the day-today smooth running of the office throughout this process. 

The support required will be varied with responsibilities including:

  • First point of contact for all facilities issues across the business 
  • Oversee a whole office move 
  • Project management, supervision and coordination of contractors 
  • Ensure health and safety, security and any other requirements are met 
  • Manage building maintenance checks and records 
  • Co-ordinate and plan essential services works 
  • Manage the reception team and ensure smooth running of reception operations 
  • Ensure supplies and stationery are always well stocked

We are looking for:

  • Experience with facilities management 
  • Innovative with the ability to add value to the business
  • Highly organised with strong attention to detail 
  • A team player with strong relationship building skills
