An ambitious boutique global asset management firm is currently recruiting for a diligent, experienced and well-rounded Office Administrator! This role will enable the individual to provide solid administrative support to a super friendly and warm team. Run by an established core team, the environment is driven yet friendly. 

The ideal candidate will be reliable as well as professional, exhibiting strong organisational skills in order to ensure smooth operations within the office. 

Key Responsibilities amongst others: 

  • Meeting and greeting guests in a professional manner
  • Coordinate travel arrangements 
  • Oversight of all office mail, shipments and deliveries
  • Print and bind marketing material for client meetings
  • Take minutes for certain meetings
  • Assist in the maintenance of kitchen, conference rooms and common areas
  • Manage all ordering and management of company catering and events  
  • Assist in miscellaneous projects as requested
  • Work with IT to ensure all A/V setup is properly completed prior to each video conference meeting

Who we are looking for: 

  • Must have previous office administrative support skills 
  • Proficiency in Word, Excel, Outlook and Power point 
  • Good organisational and interpersonal skills 
  • Confident and positive 
  • Professional telephone manner
  • Reliable and punctual
