We are looking for a keen and ambitious Office Manager who is looking for a hands-on role full of potential and progression!

This is a fantastic role for someone who is looking to join a growing and motivated team and work in a fast-paced environment. As an Office Manager, you will be hands on across marketing, finance, HR, internal recruitment as well as managing the general organisation of the office. 

Responsibilities: 

  • Ensuring job adverts are posted each week 
  • Monitoring stats and updating the team 
  • Manager company systems and engage with suppliers 
  • Manage relationships with job board suppliers, ensure annual subscriptions are renewed and prices are competitive 
  • Manage the internal recruitment process 
  • Being first point of contact for any staff related issues 
  • Ensure presence on social media is evolving constantly 
  • Oversee marketing campaigns and general communications 
  • Ensure website, logo and branding are all up to date 
  • Supporting consultants with day to day recruitment activities 
  • Develop a training library 
  • Generate invoices and ensure monthly finance reports are up to date
