PA to 2 MD's - TV Production

A brand new and exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced PA / EA looking for a brilliant role in TV production. Based in cool offices in West London, my client is looking for an Executive Assistant to support 2 MD’s in their fast growing and well-known brand.

As Executive Assistant to MD’s, you will be responsible of diary management, expenses, greeting guests and arranging refreshments, managing extensive travel and accommodation, organising conferences and more! You will also get involved in projects including awards, social media and company events and socials! You will be hugely involved in the business and get first hand production experience so having a passion for the industry is essential!

To be considered for this role, you should have at least 1 years PA experience from within the TV industry or similar creative. You should be happy working on a global scale and liaising with international teams . You should have a genuine interest in TV, Production or Film with a passion for the industry. You will be ambitious, confident client-facing and sociable and you should pride yourself on being an organisational whiz! We need someone who is responsible, able to see the bigger picture and can stay one step ahead while maintaining excellent attention to detail.
