Our Client, a boutique membership organisation based in gorgeous offices in the City, have an exciting opportunity for a switched on individual to join them on a permanent basis.

The successful candidate will be servicing a variety of international members of the firm; being that first point of contact for many prestigious organisations worldwide.

They are looking for a bright individual, who perhaps is looking for a new challenge? Somebody incredibly organised and personable.

You will be working in an extremely fast paced environment, so must be able to think on your feet, have a "can do attitude" and an extremely keen eye for detail.

Duties will include:

• Organising conferences and events
• Answering general queries and dealing with any subsequent administration
• Providing marketing assistance
• Processing invoices
• Ensuring databases and systems are kept updated and compliant

The ideal candidate will have the following:-

• Strong communication skills; both written and spoken
• Excellent organisational and planning skills
• The ability to multi-task and stay calm under pressure
• An understand of different cultures
