PA to High Profile individual - Based in a Private Office - Central London.

A wonderful opportunity has arisen for a sparky and helpful PA to work in this private office (not in a residence) of a well known  individual within the arts/entertainment that will add luster & sparkle to your profile.

You will have a background within a private family office, high profile or supporting UHNW and understand the level of support/requests that will reach your desk.  A level of maturity and emotional intelligence is required and the ability to get things done quickly and without fuss. Working within an amazing team in great offices this is a real opportunity to take the next step up.

Arranging complex travel with detailed itineraries for the VIP and his family, liaising with all household staff, service providers and internal staff.  Keeping a close eye on the daily schedule, checking all is in order and correcting when necessary.  Dealing with all correspondence and general enquiries (a high level of spoken and written English is essential).  Dealing with invitations to a wide range of high profile events/individuals  Top communicator able to liaise at all levels.  Processing invoices and expenses.  Providing general support to colleagues when required or under pressure to a deadline.

Positive and helpful with a winning smile and a "can do" attitude is needed for this role.

Degree standard with solid PA skills, excellent organisational ability able to manage shifting priorities and last minute changes.  Able to work alone and also with a highly collaborative team (who are fabulous!).  Instinctively charming, polite and able to build relationships quickly.  Intelligent with initiative and a patient calm attitude.  Flexible when needed and happy to work in the VIP's residence when needed.
