Private PA/UHNW Family (W1)

An outstanding private PA role has arisen for a Private PA with a background supporting at HNW/UHNW level for 1-2 years+.  Working closely with Executive Private PA in all aspects of an UHNW lifestyle & project support for a couple involved in major projects internationally and a hugely busy private/family life.

The role will take over various parts of the Private PA role/projects over time and be a stand alone role with its own responsibilities and rewards.  A top relationship builder, able to work in the strictest of confidence you will have a bright and helpful manner with sparkle and can do attitude (essential).  An exciting opportunity for a polished and well presented private PA looking for a role to grow into.  assisting with putting in systems of work and keep things running on oiled wheels.

A top all rounder with top organisational skills & logistics and aware of the standard that would be expected supporting at this level. Assisting with private household matters (London house, drivers, household staff) assisting with schedules.  Excellent diary and travel management, able to see around corners and take over some projects also.

The role will involve some travel and on call outside of normal working hours as is normal in a role of this standard.  Highly organised with top communication skills this is an outstanding opportunity to work for a top UHNW family within an office setting and within the household + travel too.
