Executive Assistant – CEO’s Office / board level

Our client, based in the City currently has a contract for an Executive Assistant to come in and give support in the CEO’s office where you will provide direct support to the Board of Directors working alongside a small group of EA’s.

Duties will include:

  • Gate-keeping duties
  • Managing busy diary, booking meetings, handling changes and preparing correspondence for meetings
  • Booking extensive travel and preparing itineraries
  • Handling all incoming and outgoing communication
  • Handling confidential and sensitive matters
  • Preparing and processing expenses
  • Preparing presentations, reports and documents
  • Liaising with other international offices
  • Screening all calls

The ideal candidate will come from a financial services background and previously supported a C Suite level/board level experience..

  • Excellent communication skills – verbally and written
  • Proactive and a real problem solver
  • Able to work well in a team
  • Happy to work in a fast paced environment

Please note that this is a five month fixed term contract
