Executive Assistant – CEO’s Office / board level
Our client, based in the City currently has a contract for an Executive Assistant to come in and give support in the CEO’s office where you will provide direct support to the Board of Directors working alongside a small group of EA’s.
Duties will include:
- Gate-keeping duties
- Managing busy diary, booking meetings, handling changes and preparing correspondence for meetings
- Booking extensive travel and preparing itineraries
- Handling all incoming and outgoing communication
- Handling confidential and sensitive matters
- Preparing and processing expenses
- Preparing presentations, reports and documents
- Liaising with other international offices
- Screening all calls
The ideal candidate will come from a financial services background and previously supported a C Suite level/board level experience..
- Able to work well under pressure and keep calm
- Able to prioritise workload
- High attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills – verbally and written
- Proactive and a real problem solver
- Able to work well in a team
- Happy to work in a fast paced environment
Please note that this is a five month fixed term contract
