PA - Creative Advertising Agency

We are looking for an experienced PA who is ready for a new challenge at this super creative company in central London.  This agency has a great culture, cool office, and sociable team... but work hard and are super passionate about the work they deliver.  

This role is to support the 2 founders of the company. Typical PA duties will include: 

• Complex ever changing diary management
• International travel and visa applications
• Ad hoc Internal projects 
• Expenses
• Social event planning 
• General PA duties

The ideal person should have previous PA experience within the creative sector and be quick thinking, pro-active and hard working and always that one step ahead and aware of all that is going on within the agency. You will need to be discreet and approachable, the eyes and the ears!
