An independent construction and demolition firm are looking for a Recruitment Administrator to join their team on a permanent basis. You will be helping bridge the relationship between the hiring process and the outward-facing people activities undertaken by the recruitment partners. The successful candidate will be energetic, high attention to detail and ability to work in a high-pressure environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Supporting the recruitment managers including proof-reading, uploading adverts, scheduling interviews, reference checking, drafting contracts, managing partnering agency relationships and salary bench marking
  • Developing content and work flow, processing invoices, collecting data and research and reporting
  • Responding to and re-directing queries where necessary

Essential Skills and Experience:

  • Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
  • Highly organised with excellent attention to detail
  • Experience using Microsoft Office systems
