An extremely successful Training Company based in West London are seeking someone to help with the Customer Services. 

This job with be varied and duties will include:

•             Answering telephones and providing information/solving problems 
•             Dispatching training course certificates
•             Sending out training materials to venues, clients and trainers 
•             High levels of administration

The ideal candidate for this role must have excellent communication skills and strong customer service skills. You must have previous office/ customer service experience along with strong problem solving and organisational skills.
