3-month contract

Position: Coordinator

Location: North London

What would I be doing day to day?

Responsibilities:

  • Diary and travel managing including accommodation and itineraries
  • Liaising with clients
  • Event management which include collating information, arranging the events and assisting with the selection in photographs for publicity purpose
  • Data entry and keeping files up to date
  • Managing all the reporting, filing, printing and binding
  • Prepare expense claims
  • Drafting letters and document control

What is the company looking for?

Background and experience:

The ideal candidate will have excellent written communication skills, will be professional and confident with a warm telephone manner. You will need to be competent on a CRM database, have experience using Word, Outlook, PowerPoint and have strong administration/ coordination skills
