In-house Recruiter - Central London

High profile global leader in Higher Education with an amazing central London campus are looking to recruit an experienced In-house Recruiter to work alongside a close knit and dynamic team.

Looking for substantial experience of in-house recruitment in a fast paced organisation along with superb business acumen and strong commercial skills.

They require someone who can hit the ground running and run large scale inhouse recruitment projects with limited supervision but with fabulous support of a close knit, experienced team.

The in-house recruiter role will to be to work collaboratively with the various departments allocated to this individual. This will necessitate building up a good understanding of the priorities, the culture and how best to sell them to prospective candidates. You will attend Town Hall meetings and gain vital information in order to become embedded into the business.

This In-house recruiter will work closely with the HRBPs in a collaborative way ad will also have the benefit of a scheduler to help out.

They are looking for someone who has experience of working in a real consultative manner, able to discuss, push back and use charm and gravitas in order to gain the trust and respect of the various line managers the role supports.

Hours are 9-5pm so great work/life balance!
