Role: Business coordinator
Location: Central London
Hourly rate: £16 + Holiday pay (equivalent of £30,000)
Hours: 35 hours per week (9-5 pm) + Overtime rates
Contract: Temporary for a minimum of 6 months but likely for 12 months
Start: Immediate
Duration: Ongoing (Potentiality leading to Permanent)
Benefits: 30 days' holidays, Higher rate for over time.
Our client is an International trading business based in Central London and are currently looking for business assistant to support senior managers in a team of business traders within the energy sector.
For the right candidate this will be an opportunity to work within a global company and offer business support to their corporate planning team.
Responsibilities
- Provide administrative support to the team
- Arranging, travel, reservations and VIP services
- Entering data and trade confirmations
- Utilizing the IT systems including SAP system
- Manage contract, processes, and payments in timely manner
- Creating and amending documents and presentations as required
- Create and renew agreements (Service agreement, and NDAs)
- Mange shared mailbox of department
- Preparing and entering all contract, Non-trade payment and invoicing data
- Manage and process expenses related to new agreements and projects
Requirements
- Previous experience in a business support role: business coordinator, Secretarial, PA.
- Experience in travel arrangements.
- Experience in data management/data entry.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification.
- Experience working in dynamic and busy environment, and ability to prioritise.
- Fluent English to a very high standard (Written and Spoken)
- IT skills, including using Word, Excel, SAP, Outlook and PowerPoint highly desirable
