Wild Berry Associates is currently looking to recruit for an EA/Project Manager who will be working for a small business within a multi-national organisations ran by 4 business partners and dozen psychologists across the globe who will work with senior leaders in large multi-national organisations.

The perfect candidate would have the skills as a EA/Project Manager who can manage the coordination, administration and technical aspects of both businesses. As we grow however, it is likely that this may become two separate roles.

Requirements:

  • A dynamic, energetic and positive-minded individual with the initiative and potential to grow with this exciting role. The role requires:
  • Intellectual agility
  • Great organisational skills, pragmatism and the ability to work at pace
  • Excellent PowerPoint and computer skills across Microsoft packages
  • EA/PA/ Project management experience (ideally in the consulting sector)
  • A positive can-do attitude!

Role detail:

  • Working with the Global Future Founding Partners to provide support across a wide range of management consulting projects
  • Project management and administration as required, including confidential data storage in line with GDPR
  • Assistance in the preparation and production of proposals, pitches and relevant consulting materials
  • Managing all aspects of client invoicing and payments
  • Diary management and travel arrangements for Global Future Founding Partners, and Associates where required
  • Managing marketing activities, coordination of membership and room bookings, and all associated invoicing for the Future Hub office space
  • Office Management to include managing controlled office access, contracting for all equipment and servicing, stock control of stationery and kitchen supplies and general aesthetic oversight.
  • Travel and attendance at client meetings as required within the UK
  • Meeting and greeting clients in reception
