An Investment Bank based in the City are looking for a professional and engaging Corporate Hospitality Manager to manage the day-to-day hospitality for the business.

Responsibilities

• Sourcing solutions to differentiate the hospitality programme
• Effective marketing and activation of the hospitality programme
• Updating the hospitality intranet platform
• Ticketing and distribution management
• Financial management of the hospitality programme; negotiating and preparing budgets, cost management, approvals, reconciliations and quarterly reporting
• Data management and quarterly evaluation
• Engaging the CSR team to align strategy with the hospitality programme
• Ad-hoc event management

Required

• Excellent knowledge of sporting events, hospitality programmes/events, venues and suppliers within the UK
• Previous experience in a sport industry within a corporate hospitality function
• Project management – ability to prioritise and multi-task, delivering to fixed deadlines
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to collaborate with colleagues and influence at all levels
• Experienced in all Microsoft packages; Excel, Word, PowerPoint in particular
