This Reception role is not to missed! The position will be based on Front of House reception but you will also take on team assistant duties/ events duties so will be a varied role. Duties will include meeting and greeting guests, answering and transferring calls, working alongside the office manager for a smooth running office, arranging lunches and catering. Admin duties will include booking travel, diary management, telephone and tradition correspondence and ensuring those morning meetings are well supported. 

The ideal candidate will be a graduate or of graduate calibre with A- C grades in GCSEs and A levels.

Enthusiastic, motivated, smartly presented a confident user of Word, Excel and Powerpoint. Ability to remain discreet at all times.  As well as having strong verbal and written skills.
