EA Job Description

A global management consultancy firm are looking for a bright EA & Team Coordinator with prior business experience to join their sociable and collaborative team. Candidates need to be presentable, articulate, polite, personable, curious and proactive, with a great working attitude. They need to be able to hold their own with the best and brightest and must be comfortable communicating on the telephone as well as face to face.

THE ROLE

The EA will support one to two Managing Directors and their wider team. This is an involved position with high levels of responsibility where diplomacy and confidentiality are essential. The role is focused on providing support to the MD in their professional capacity, rather than undertaking any personal work for them.

From an early stage a great deal of responsibility and autonomy is given to the EA. The role requires someone who is able to meet this challenge with a keen attention to detail and a high level of self-motivation.

Salary: £28K - £33K

Start date: as soon as possible but will wait for a notice period - 3 MONTH TEMP TO PERM

EA RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Complex diary management, including travel arrangements
  • Diary management
  • Expenses
  • Liaising with clients - both internal and external
  • Use of the company systems - full training will be given
  • Responding to e-mails and calls
  • Processing invoices, liaising with the finance department
  • Preparing / formatting materials for potential client pitches to the highest standard in PowerPoint
  • On-boarding new joiners
  • Preparing client and candidate reports to the highest standard in Word
  • Being enthusiastic, interested and knowledgeable about the projects and companies that you will be involved in
  • Providing holiday cover for other EA's

  • Excellent communication skills both written and verbally
  • Advanced Microsoft Office skills
