HR / Recruitment Manager

We are working on a new HR/Recruitment role for a rapidly growing tech company. You will be joining join an amazing company in their very cool offices in the West End. You will be working closely with the rest of the HR team ensuring the attraction of the best talent out there. We are looking for someone resourceful, proactive, with a can-do attitude and who thrives under intense pressure. 

You will:

• Have demonstrable previous experience in mixed HR and recruitment role   
• Being able to show high degree of emotional intelligence, understanding the talent’s interest and motivations to match the talent to the right opportunities
• Working proactively to deliver client proposal as quickly and efficiently as possible in a very fast-paced environment with the highest of standards
• Have clear understanding of the professional services sector
• Have the ability to work on own initiative being commercially savvy

Core duties:-

• Holiday/sickness
• Reviews/performance management
• L&D
• HR Guidance
• Disciplinary
• Letters/contracts – new joiner/leaver processes
• All initial screening and running searches using job boards and their website
• Screening
• Reviewing culture index test results
• 1st stage interviewing
