Leading and growing US law firm needs to hire a dynamic and forward thinking Senior HR Advisor to work alongside the Senior HR Manager in the provision of a proactive HR service across the London office in addition to involvement in key HR projects and initiatives to contribute to the HR team objectives.  This role will be a full generalist position with responsibilities ranging from Resourcing, Talent Management, Compensation & Benefits, Employee Relations and HR Analytics.  The firm is happy to look at candidates who are already working at Senior HR Advisor level or applicants that want to take that step up to a ‘senior’ role however applicants need to be CIPD qualified or working towards their qualification, be an accomplished HR generalist, ideally with a direct experience of a partnership or professional services environment, have a good understanding of current employment law and HR best practice and the ability to apply this in the workplace.  Additionally experience of running a payroll with an outsourced provider and previous knowledge of HR software be it Workday or similar would be advantageous. This firm is based in stunning City offices a short walk away from Liverpool Street, Fenchurch Street and Cannon Street tube stations.  Standard hours are 9:30 – 17:30 with flexibility preferred as with any busy HR departments there could always be the chance of overtime.
