IT HELP DESK ASSISTANT FOR GLOBAL BANK - 6MTH CONTRACT - £28,000Duties include:
*Must have practical experience of tackling employee IT issues.
*Technical support in providing the efficiency of PCs, laptops, s printers, scanners and mobile/smart phones),
*Provide first line technical support to London branch staff and escalate to Assistant Manager IT
*Maintain installed PCs, laptops, networks, servers, telephone systems
*Technical assistance and support during BCP testing/invocation ensuring systems are available
*Identify, log and resolve technical issues with software applications and desktops
*Support all IT projects and desktop roll outs in London.
*Ensure usage of incident logging system to accurately record incidents and resolutions.
*Investigate, diagnose and resolve computer software and desktop faults
