Our client, an International and established Lifestyle Management company based in the West End are seeking a Corporate Receptionist to join their team.

You will be front face of their business and deal with UHNW individuals providing them with a 5* service day to day.

You will also be the point of contact for the International offices and liaising with them from time to time. This position isn't a standard receptionist position, you will also be working closely with the CEO of the business and providing administration support which will include minutes of meetings.

Duties include but not limited to:
*Management of the diary and appointments
*Liaising with external organisations and business partners to arrange meetings, prepare agendas and draft minutes
*Management of courier relationships and shipping
*Manage meeting room set up and clear down
*Filtering incoming emails, queries, phones calls and invitations as appropriate
*Providing research and information support
*Preparation and editing of documents and presentations
*Preparation of weekly and daily business reports
*Arrange conferences, meetings and travel reservations for office personnel
*Complete forms in accordance with company procedures
*Compose, type, and distribute meeting notes, routine correspondence, and reports
*Greet visitors and answer telephone callers, handle their inquiries and direct them as appropriate
*Mail newsletters, promotional material and other information
*Maintain scheduling and event calendars
*Distribute incoming mail and other materials
*Assist with invoicing and accounts requirements
*Assist with office management

Candidate specification:
*Experience as a Receptionist within a Corporate environment.
*Well presented.
*Excellent customer service skills written and spoken.
*Ability to deal with UHNWI
*Minute taking experience would be ideal.
*Russian speaking is desirable
