Gym Receptionist

Are you looking for a flexible and exciting receptionist position? Are you also someone who has a keen interest in the fitness industry?


If so, look no further, a specialist gym based in Richmond are seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated receptionist to join their front of house team.


Working Monday to Friday alongside one other, you will have interchangeable shifts decided week by week between yourselves –

6am – 3pm or 12pm – 9pm


Your daily duties will be:

• Meeting and greeting trainers, clients and gym-goers!
• Chatting with clients and gym members, suggesting and guiding them to find out which classes they might be interested in.
• Answering all enquiries via phone and email - you will be their indispensable, go-to person!
• Coordinating schedules on excel for clients and trainers.
• Taking pride in the area, ensuring the gym is kept clean and tidy for users by keeping busy doing odd jobs to stay on top of general maintenance.

The ideal candidate will be punctual, resourceful and forward thinking, ideally with experience gained within customer service, hospitality, or even a gym prior.
