An exciting and rewarding opportunity has arisen to work for a hugely successful and fast growing IT/Software provider based in central London. This is a brand new role created due to rapid growth. They require a HR/Recruitment Coordinator/Manager who will be the sole support in the London office. An all encompassing HR role as well as providing support with recruitment related duties such as running searches, dealing with all initial screening, carrying out 1st stage interviews, reviewing their culture index results, new joiners/leavers etc. There will also be other administrative duties such as working on company incentives and perks including birthdays etc. This is an exciting opportunity to work for a dynamic team where you can implement your own systems and procedures and make the role your own. The culture of the company is professional, successful and hugely collaborative. Hardworking, yet sociable offering long term prospects with a very low staff turnover. Completely open on industry exposure but would ideally like to see a minimum of 4 years relevant HR and recruitment experience. A person who is empathetic, calm, mature, diplomatic and professional coupled with a good sense of humour.
