Our client, a highly regarded, rapidly growing consultancy in the Property sector, is seeking a Learning & Development Coordinator to join their busy HR team, working alongside the Learning & Development Manager.
In this newly created role, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of Learning & Development Coordination, from general administrative tasks through to promoting Learning & Development firm wide, ensuring optimum employee engagement.
Amongst the responsibilities of the Learning & Development Coordinator will be:
Scheduling training and managing courses, to include the organisation of all logistics Acting as the first point of contact for Learning & Development queries Overseeing all L&D related communications within the firm Taking feedback on training courses from attendees Promoting the L&D offering within the business Building effective working relationships at all levels with both internal and external stakeholders Helping the L&D Manager to monitor the divisions budget and spend Using the LMS to produce reporting LMS training where appropriate
Learning & Development Coordinator - what we're looking for:
A proven track record as a Learning & Development Assistant or Coordinator, with a passion for L&D and the desire to take the next step Experience within online learning, and of managing an LMS, is essential Excellent communication and rapport building skills A keen eye for detail, and the ability to produce detailed reports The ability to manage an extremely varied workload in a deadline driven environment
