We have an urgent requirement for a multi-talented, personable, immaculately presented and bright PA/Receptionist/Office Manager to support a busy Director and, manage the office and reception of an incredibly successful company at their beautiful HQ in the West End.
You will carry out full secretarial duties; managing a busy diary, co-ordinating meetings, arrange travel and process expenses together with covering Reception and, office management ensuring the smooth running of the office at all times. This is a truly super role for a proactive team player who thrives on variety and is educated to a degree level with major attention to detail.
We are only considering candidates with the following experience:
Graduate
Confident and assertive
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Advanced IT and Media skills

Calm and unflappable
This role is to start at the beginning of July 2019.
