Our Client, a very successful and highly regarded finance training company, based in Central London, with an international client list are looking for an exceptional client facing  Marketing Support Assistant & Data Entry Team Lead. This Marketing Administrator will be a vital part of their entrepreneurial team and will receive on-going Administrator training and full support to enable you to develop and grow with the business.  So if you are a dedicated and process driven administrator, who enjoys building relationships with clients and taking on additional projects with enthusiasm then this is the role for you!

Duties: 

Supervising a team of remote data entry administrators and being the first point of contact for the team. Managing their training schedules. 

Holding weekly e-meetings. Providing training, Planning and organising weekly webinars. Being the main point of contact for the management team. 

CRM database: adding contacts, ensuring it is updated in a timely manner. 

E-marketing: setting up campaigns, executing them and reporting results. 

To be successful:

You will need a minimum of 2 years administration/ marketing  experience within a corporate environment.  Confidence is key and to fit in well you will need to be bright and switched on, have strong multi-tasking skills, enjoy client contact and be happy to go the extra mile with a real can do attitude.
