A sociable team in the Tech business, based in Central London are seeking a Office Coordinator to join their well established company in the tech world!
Your role is an all rounder, ensuring the smooth running of the office, getting the opportunity to work within all aspects of the business.
Duties:
- General office management (stationery and grocery order, liaising with suppliers etc)
- Admin officer ( HR and Legal administration, contracts, processes)
- HR (admin, contracts, on boarding, monitoring annual leave, internal comms)
- Special Projects with Senior Leadership Team (considering IPO so could get involved with this project)
- Creating a company culture and being the go to person for the various teams
The person:
- 1-2 years experience in a similar role
- Educated to A-Level standard or above
- IMMEDIATELY AVALIABLE – ASAP START!
