This boutique recruitment consultancy located a short walk from Tower Bridge (London SE1) is currently seeking a bright and enthusiastic Recruitment Administrator to join their small them. 

This role provides crucial backup for the team, working alongside recruiters to keep them moving at an appropriate pace; and is the perfect starting point for somebody looking to transition towards Junior Recruitment Consultant! 

Typical duties will include but is not limited to: 

  • Resourcing suitable candidates for specific jobs using job descriptions provided by clients
  • Contact candidates to initially screen their objectives and their suitability for roles
  • Assist with writing job adverts & posting them on to Job Boards/Social Media
  • Greeting visitors, showing them to the meeting room, copying ID, answering telephones etc.
  • Assist with ad-hoc tasks/projects

Suitable applicants must be able to follow direction, work using their initiative whilst demonstrating a keen interest in the task at hand.  You will have strong communication and the ability to speak clearly, articulately and empathetically and have recent experience of an office-based role.

You will be a team player with a flexible work attitude with the ability to manage and prioritise a busy workload whilst demonstrating attention to detail.  Using common sense is a must.  We also would expect that applicants will be able to construct their own correspondence and documentation which will be submitted to senior internal/external stakeholders.  Full training and support will be provided.
