What would I be doing day to day?

Who am I supporting: 2 teams, totalling around 10

Key duties: Diary management, travel coordination, managing meeting rooms, coordinating meetings, preparing board packs, preparing research, client facing elements, booking events such as lunches etc.

What makes this position great? The role will be for someone who wants to hit the ground running and be involved with a friendly and impressive team.

What is the company looking for?

Background and experience: Open on industry backfround but ideally someone who has been a Team PA previously or supported more than 3 Directors, fast-paced and forward thinking mentality and willing to muck in with what needs doing.

Availability: You must be available immediately or at extremely short notice as the role is to start immediately.
