Temporary Switchboard Operator - 12 weeks - £10.55 per hour - Historic offices

An extremely prestigious organisation of historic and cultural interest require a switchboard operator to start on Monday 24 June ongoing for 12 weeks. The hours are 8am - 5pm with an hour for lunch.

Duties:

- Answering calls from high profile, busy clients

- Tranferring calls to team members and internal stakeholders

- Handling several calls at once and dealing with multiple calls with calm and ease

- Logging calls using the database

- General office administration
